2013 Motorhome/Campervan Hire Rates

An important factor for everyone when choosing a holiday is price but unlike many of our competitors, France Motorhome Hire give you clear, inclusive prices to help you make your decision.

Our prices are fully inclusive of everything you need so you don't have to calculate the price for essential extra equipment and there are no hidden charges to worry about.

Like all holidays, some periods of the year are significantly cheaper than others but whenever you choose to hire from us, the price shown is the price you pay.

Optimist compact Campervan for 2 passengers

Note: Where a hire period crosses two seasons, charges will be applied on a pro-rata basis.

Minimum rental periods: Value season departures are subject to 3 day minimum hire, low and high season departures are subject to 7 day minimum hire.

Pick up/drop off: Departures may start and finish any day except Sunday. Unless by specific arrangement, collection is between 14.00 and 17.00 hours and return is between 09.00 and 10.00 hours.

Our rental prices include:

• Fully comprehensive insurance (subject to the conditions in our terms)
• Unlimited mileage *
• Bike rack (carries max 2 adult bikes/30 kgs total). Not included in Wheels 'n' Tent package.
• Outdoor table and chairs
• Bedding, bed linen and towels for each of the hire party
• Crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking equipment and utensils
• One full bottle of propane gas
• 1 bottle of toilet chemicals. Not included in Wheels 'n' Tent package.
• Safety equipment including warning triangle, high-vis jacket, fire extinguisher, user manual
• Guide to camp sites and servicing points of France
• Membership of France Passion offering free places to stay, see: www.france-passion.com. Not included in Wheels 'n' Tent package.
• Vehicle equipment pack including 1 water hose, 1 electric cord with European adapter, 1 broom, dustpan & brush
• There is a fee to add an additional driver (subject to acceptance) of €25 per hire.

• Transfers from Montargis Train Station to our depot are charged at €30 each way for each hire party (or free of charge for hires of over €2,500 in value).

Insurance Excess Reduction Cover (CDW)

We do not offer insurance excess reduction cover but do work with UK based Questor Insurance Services Ltd who provide very keenly priced cover for hires of up to 31 days duration. *For long term hires (where the terms are negotiated according to your requirements) and certain fixed itineraries, we may apply a limit to the mileage in order to offer you the best possible price for your hire but if so, this will be very clearly detailed in your quotation. Our unlimited mileage policy is based on reasonable use and we reserve the right to decline bookings if we feel your itinerary will incur an unreasonable level of mileage.
