An important factor for everyone when choosing a holiday is price but unlike many of our competitors, France Motorhome Hire give you clear, inclusive prices to help you make your decision.

Our prices are fully inclusive of everything you need so you don't have to calculate the price for essential extra equipment and there are no hidden charges to worry about.

Like all holidays, some periods of the year are significantly cheaper than others but whenever you choose to hire from us, the price shown is the price you pay.

Note. Where a hire period crosses two seasons, charges will be applied on a pro rata basis e.g.

If the motorhome is collected on May 1st and returned on May 12th the charges would be:

May 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th, 6^th, - Value Season Rate
May 7^th, 8^th, 9^th, 10^th 11^th - Low Season Rate

Minimum rental periods apply: value and low season departures are subject to 3 day minimum hire, high season departures are subject to 7 day minimum hire.

Pick up/drop off: Departures may start and finish any day from Monday to Saturday (but not Sunday). Collection is between the hours of 15.30 and 18.30. Return is between the hours of 0800 and 0930.

There is a small fee to add an additional driver (subject to our acceptance) of €25 per hire

Our fully inclusive prices include:

The hire of your motorhome for the rental period
Unlimited mileage with no excess mileage penalties - drive as far as you wish
Fully Comprehensive Insurance (subject to relevant conditions and excesses - see Terms and Conditions of Hire for details)
Roadside recovery insurance with passenger repatriation in the event of accident or breakdown
Professional pre-hire cleaning and preparation of the vehicle
A full vehicle "comfort pack" with enough towels, bed linen, crockery and cooking utensils for the whole party traveling in the motorhome
A "security pack" including warning triangle, high visibility jacket, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, spare bulbs and fuses.

Mains electricity lead and European adapter
Outdoor table and 4 chairs
Bicycle rack
A full bottle of Gas at the start of each hire period
A bottle of chemical toilet additive
Broom, dustpan and brush
Guide to French camp sites, "France Passion" guide and guide to motorhome service points
Free storage of your own car at our base for the duration of the hire

On receipt of this booking form, we will confirm the price of your hire and send you an invoice. A 30% deposit must be paid in order to confirm your booking. The balance is to be paid 45 days prior to departure. In the event that the booking is placed less than 45 days prior to departure, the price for the hire must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Euro Cheque or bank transfer.
